Pre-order refund guarantee

Privacy Auto ships only when our 50-order goal is reached. If the goal is not reached by October 7, 2026, every pre-order is refunded 100% — the full amount you paid, including any add-ons. Refunds are issued automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the campaign closes. No form, no request needed.

Cancelling before shipping

Changed your mind while we're still collecting orders? Email support@helifoundry.com with your order number any time before your order ships and we'll cancel it and refund you in full.

30-day guarantee after delivery

Once your kit arrives, you're covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or a free replacement.

How to start a return

Email support@helifoundry.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. We reply within 24 hours.

Conditions

• Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible.
• Damaged or defective items are replaced free of charge — usually a photo is enough.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
