This policy explains what information Privacy Auto collects when you visit our store or place a pre-order, and how we use it.

What we collect

• Order information: name, shipping address, email, phone number and the items you ordered.
• Payment information: processed securely by our payment providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal). We never see or store your full card number.
• Device information: browser type, IP address, pages viewed, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

• To process, reserve and ship your pre-order and send you order updates — including notice when the 50-order goal is reached, or your automatic refund if it isn't.
• To answer your support requests.
• To improve our store and, with your consent, send marketing emails you can unsubscribe from at any time.

Sharing

We share information only with the services needed to run the store: Shopify (hosting and checkout), payment processors, shipping carriers and email providers. We never sell your personal information.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information. Email support@helifoundry.com and we will respond within 30 days.
